Withdrawals from our program can have a very significant and disruptive impact on the remaining players, teams and our program.  Our refund policy for all programs is as follows:

1. All players withdrawing from our program will be assessed a $40 fee to cover our administrative expenses.

2. No refunds after teams are announced without compelling medical evidence that prevents playing.   

3. Registrations that are not paid within 2 weeks will be automatically deleted from our system.
